Producing residential construction blueprints, the full-time Revit Architectural Drafter will create new plans and elevations while revising existing blueprints in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Produce and document residential construction blueprints for new plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines Revise existing blueprints to reflect plan changes and produce Bills of Materials for estimating material takeoffs Liaise with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred At least 2 years of drafting experience Advanced knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and working knowledge of MS Office products Ability to read and interpret blueprints Familiarity with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez is a plus
