Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and assembly of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies in a dynamic production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with component-level troubleshooting, analog and digital circuitry, schematic interpretation, and electronic test equipment .

Key Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and conduct testing of electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and electronic subassemblies.
• Troubleshoot electronic failures to the component level using schematic diagrams.
• Diagnose and repair analog, digital, solid-state, and micro-circuitry .
• Use DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators, and frequency standards.
• Adjust and calibrate electronic test and assembly systems.
• Analyze test results and evaluate product and equipment performance.
• Assist engineers with developing and improving test procedures.
• Recommend manufacturing or product improvements based on test results.
• Document test and maintenance activities accurately.
• Support production schedules and quality-control requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct experience testing electronic assemblies
• Strong component-level troubleshooting experience
• Experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuits
• Strong knowledge of solid-state devices and micro-circuitry
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, including:
• Digital Multimeters (DMM)
• Oscilloscopes
• Signal Generators
• Network Analyzers
• Frequency Standards
• Flying probe and/or high-power test experience
• Ability to accurately document testing and maintenance activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data collection systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with technical training or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF circuits or Radar Systems
• Vibration and Thermal ESS experience
• Experience testing circuit card assemblies (CCA) and subassemblies
• Aerospace/defense electronics experience
• Experience supporting engineering test procedures and production improvements
